One of these ways is when we allow possession of your home to the buyer. Another way is to move to a short term rental. Finding temporary housing has never been easier than when working with me. I have a diverse network of property investors, and we can get you moved into a rental property until we find your dream home. I am constantly on the lookout for new listings to make sure my clients find the right property.

How can I get my offer accepted with multiple offers?

Communication with the other realtor and knowledge of the Real Estate Purchase Contract (REPC) are invaluable when dealing with multiple offers. I go to bat for my clients and help make their offer as attractive as possible to the seller. Negotiation is an art form, and will guide you through the process of getting your offer accepted.
